Our Clay Modeling Process demonstrates the meticulous craft behind custom Bose earbuds cases. Each project begins with precision foam core prototyping, where we establish the fundamental dimensions and ergonomic contours necessary for perfect device fit. This initial sculptural phase allows us to test functionality while developing the case's basic form. Once the foam core prototype achieves the desired shape, we transition to professional-grade modeling clay application. This secondary phase enables us to refine surface details, texture variations, and precise cutouts for charging ports and buttons.
